The research group of Prof. Merle Behr at the Chair of Machine Learning
develops and investigates interpretable methods in machine learning,
with a particular focus on their mathematical and statistical
foundations. The goal is to apply these methods to complex datasets such
as omics data and electronic health records. Our research combines
theoretical analysis with practice-oriented development to create
transparent ML algorithms and enable new insights in interdisciplinary
projects.
The Chair of Machine Learning invites applications for the position of a
Postdoctoral Researcher (Postdoc) (m/f/d)
to start at the earliest convenience. This is a full-time position (40
hours per week), based on a fixed-term contract valid for a period of 2
years. Remuneration is in accordance with pay grade TV-L E13.
