WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• All scholarship opportunities listed are current, accurate, or will result in successful applications or funding.
• The Services will meet your specific needs or expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SFO NETWORK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

• Accept responsibility for application decisions, funding awards, or actions taken by scholarship providers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SFO Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
